About the role

There is currently a job opening for “Ground Services Agent” in Naxos Airport. As a Ground Services Agent, you will be responsible for all passenger handling and aircraft handling related activities while ensuring implementation of regulatory and company’s safety, security and quality standards. If you are eager to work in a fast-paced environment and you are keen to provide excellent customer experience, this job is for you.

 

What you will do:

  • Assist passengers with queries and provide solutions on daily operational issues
  • Check-in and gate services, ticket sales, cargo sales and acceptance
  • Coordinate all activities for air-side provision of ground services
  • Supervise all aircraft handling activities
  • Specify procedures and practices for timely provision of aircraft handling services
  • Coordinate aircraft loaders and ensure smooth interface with check-in and aircraft handling areas
  • Monitor the implementation of safety and security procedures and report any deviation
  • Assure implementation of and follow up on new Ground product features introduced

 

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • High School diploma, Bachelor’s degree will be considered as an asset
  • Fluency in oral and written English
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Working experience at the aviation industry will be considered an asset

  • Prioritizing and time management
  • Demonstrating attention to detail and flexibility
